The Early Aryan Social Structure during the Later Vedic Age was divided into four  categories called varnas by their religious and political leaders. Of those four , the Brahmins, or priests, had the duty to carry out sacrifices and were considered on of the purest Social Classes. On the other hand, the lower class , the ones who worked in the occupations were out cast, and considered dirty because their jobs often involved handling the dead.
